Who this policy covers
This policy explains what Oxford Concrete, a concrete contractor in Oxford, AL, does with the information you share when you use our website, call us or ask for a quote. It covers every page on this site, starting with our home page.
We're a small local business, so we keep this simple. We collect what we need to answer you, quote your driveway, patio or slab, and do the work, and we don't sell your information to anyone.
What information we collect
We collect the details you give us when you fill out our quote or contact form, call us at (256) 649-5980, or email us. That usually means your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a description of the work, plus any photos you choose to send.
Our contact form runs on an outside form service, so the details you type go through that service before they reach us. That company handles your information under its own privacy policy.
When you visit the site, your browser also sends some information automatically. This can include your device and browser type, the pages you looked at, how long you stayed, the site that sent you here and a general location based on your internet connection. We use it to see how the site is used. We don't use it to work out who you are.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser saves so a site can remember things between visits. We and the tools we use may set cookies to keep the site working, to count visits and to see which pages people find useful.
We may use analytics tools from outside companies to give us those counts. They collect browsing information on our behalf and handle it under their own policies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do, though some features, like the contact form, may not work as smoothly.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to your request, set up a visit, give you a quote and schedule and finish your job. We also use it to follow up on work we've done and to keep basic records for billing and taxes.
We use browsing information to fix problems on the site and to make pages clearer. If you'd rather we didn't contact you again after a quote, tell us and we'll stop.
Who we share it with
We share your information only when the job or the law requires it. That can include the form, email and analytics services that run parts of this site, suppliers or crews who need the job address to deliver or work, and our accountant or insurer.
We'll also share information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect our business, our crew or our customers. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't give it to other companies for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and messages as long as we need them to answer you and handle any job that comes from them. For customers, we keep job and billing records as long as we need them for warranty questions, taxes and other legal reasons.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the parts that identify you. Outside services like our form and analytics providers follow their own schedules for how long they keep data.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep a record for legal, tax or warranty reasons, and if so we'll tell you.
You can also ask us to stop calling or emailing you about anything other than a job you've booked. Some states give their residents more privacy rights, and if one of those applies to you, we'll follow it.
How we protect your information
We limit who on our team can see customer details to the people who need them for the job, and we use the security settings our form and email providers offer.
No website or email is perfectly secure, though. Please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the contact form or email.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if the way we handle information changes. We last updated it in November 2026. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated policy applies.
How to raise a privacy question or concern
If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, call us at (256) 649-5980 or reach us through our contact page. We'll reply within 1 business day and let you know what happens next.
